1. Nature of Services

• ▪ Coaching, guided meditation, and hypnotherapy services offered by Magnetik Mind are educational and developmental in nature, intended to support personal growth, focus, confidence, and general wellbeing.
• ▪ These Services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, or clinical treatment. Magnetik Mind is not a licensed medical practitioner or clinical psychologist unless separately stated in writing for a specific program.
• ▪ By enrolling, the Client confirms they have disclosed any diagnosed mental health condition, medical condition, or ongoing psychiatric treatment prior to starting sessions. Where such a condition exists, the Client agrees to remain under the care of a qualified medical or mental health professional alongside these Services.
• ▪ Magnetik Mind reserves the right to decline, pause, or discontinue Services and refer the Client to a licensed professional if their needs are found to fall outside the scope of coaching.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

• ▪ Coaching outcomes depend substantially on the Client's own effort, consistency, honesty during sessions, and application of the practices shared.
• ▪ Magnetik Mind makes no promise, warranty, or guarantee of any specific result, transformation, income, career outcome, or emotional/psychological state — whether mentioned during marketing, consultation calls, or sessions.
• ▪ Testimonials or case studies shared on our website or marketing material reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results for any other Client.

3. Fees, Payment & Refund Policy

• ▪ Fees are payable as displayed at checkout. Access to sessions or program material may be paused if payment is not received as agreed.
• ▪ Cancellation before the program starts: if the Client cancels in writing at least 3 days before their first scheduled session, the fee paid will be refunded, less any payment-gateway or processing charges already incurred.
• ▪ Cancellation after the program has started: once the first session has been delivered, fees already paid for sessions completed or made available are non-refundable, as the Coach's time, preparation, and slot allocation have already been committed.
• ▪ No refund is due on the ground that the Client did not achieve a particular result, did not attend scheduled sessions, or changed their mind about the value of coaching, provided the Services were delivered as described.
• ▪ Rescheduling: the Client may request to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Sessions missed without such notice are treated as delivered and are not eligible for makeup or refund.
• ▪ Any refund that Magnetik Mind agrees to, in part or in full, at its discretion, will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment source.

4. Grievance Redressal Process

To ensure any concern is handled fairly, the Client agrees to follow this process before taking any other action:

• ▪ Step 1 — Raise the concern directly and in writing (email/WhatsApp) within 7 days of the session or issue in question, describing it clearly.
• ▪ Step 2 — Magnetik Mind will respond within 7 business days and, where appropriate, offer a resolution (e.g. an additional session, adjustment, or partial refund at its discretion).
• ▪ Step 3 — If unresolved, either party may seek mediation before a mutually agreed neutral third party prior to pursuing any formal complaint, public statement, or legal proceeding.
• ▪ The Client agrees not to post, publish, or circulate false, misleading, or defamatory statements about Magnetik Mind on social media, review platforms, or elsewhere, and not to threaten such action as a means of pressuring a refund outside this process. Genuine, factual reviews of the Client's own experience are not restricted by this clause.
• ▪ Nothing in this clause prevents the Client from approaching a consumer forum, regulator, or court of law with a genuine grievance — it only sets out the good-faith process both parties agree to attempt first.

5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

• ▪ Both parties agree to keep matters discussed during sessions confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.
• ▪ All frameworks, scripts, worksheets, recordings, and proprietary methodology shared with the Client (including the M.A.G.N.E.T.I.K. Framework and Deep Pattern Reset methodology) remain the intellectual property of Magnetik Mind and are licensed to the Client for personal use only. They may not be recorded, reproduced, resold, or shared without written permission.

6. Client Responsibilities

• ▪ Attend sessions on time, in a private and undisturbed setting, and engage honestly and actively.
• ▪ Take personal responsibility for decisions made in their personal, professional, or financial life; the Coach's role is supportive and educational, not directive or advisory in legal, medical, or financial matters.

7. Limitation of Liability

Except in cases of proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct, Magnetik Mind's total liability arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fee paid by the Client for the Services in question.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance process in Clause 4, the courts and consumer forums at Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any program-specific details communicated in writing, constitute the entire understanding between Magnetik Mind and the Client, and supersede any prior verbal discussion or promotional material.

10. Acceptance

By completing payment through our checkout page and confirming the acknowledgment checkbox at checkout, the Client confirms they have read and agree to these Terms in full, as they stood on the date of payment.
